该职位来源于猎聘 Role Overview As a Data Product Manager within our Data Solution team, you will play a key role in connecting our data expertise with our AI product ecosystem. You will work closely with the Agent OS product team to identify how data capabilities, data solutions, and domain knowledge can be embedded into the product, turning project-based data expertise into scalable and reusable product capabilities. At the same time, you will remain closely connected to our client-facing data solution work, participating in presales, solution design, demos, PoCs, and project delivery as a data subject matter expert. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Data, AI Product, and Client Solutions. You will help shape both what we build into Agent OS and how we apply data capabilities to solve real business problems for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Data Product & Agent OS Integration -Work closely with the Agent OS product and engineering teams to identify opportunities to integrate data capabilities and domain knowledge into the platform. -Translate data solution requirements, industry use cases, and client needs into product capabilities, features, workflows, and reusable components. -Define product requirements and user stories for data-related capabilities within Agent OS. -Work with product, engineering, AI, and data teams to prioritize the data product roadmap and drive features from concept to launch. -Continuously identify opportunities to productize successful data solutions and make them scalable across industries and client engagements.
• Data Solution & Domain Expertise -Bring strong data and domain expertise into the design of AI and data solutions. -Work with the Data Solution team to develop reusable solution frameworks, methodologies, accelerators, and industry-specific data capabilities. -Translate complex data concepts and business requirements into practical and scalable solutions. -Identify how enterprise data, knowledge, and domain expertise can better support AI applications, Agent workflows, and business decision-making.
• Presales & Solution Design -Participate in client discovery, presales discussions, workshops, and solution design activities as a data expert. -Work with sales, consultants, AI product teams, and solution architects to understand client challenges and develop data-driven solution approaches. -Prepare and deliver client-facing demos and solution presentations. Support the design and execution of PoCs to validate technical feasibility and business value. -Help translate client requirements into clear solution propositions and actionable implementation plans.
• Project Delivery & Client Engagement -Participate in selected client projects as a data subject matter expert. Support the delivery of data and AI solutions, from discovery and solution design through implementation and deployment. -Work closely with client business, data, IT, and engineering teams to resolve data-related challenges. -Ensure that data solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. -Capture insights and lessons learned from client engagements and feed them back into the Data Solution team and Agent OS product roadmap.
• Knowledge & Capability Building -Build and maintain reusable data solution assets, playbooks, methodologies, and best practices. -Help establish data-related product and solution standards across the organization. -Stay current with developments in data architecture, data products, AI applications, knowledge engineering, and emerging data technologies. -Share knowledge with product, engineering, consulting, and delivery teams to strengthen the organization's overall data capabilities. What We're Looking For -Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline. -5+ years of experience in data products, data solutions, data consulting, data architecture, or related fields. -Strong understanding of enterprise data concepts, data architecture, data governance, data modeling, and data-driven business solutions. -Experience working with data products, platforms, or enterprise data solutions, with the ability to translate business and technical requirements into product capabilities. -Strong product thinking and the ability to identify, prioritize, and define reusable data capabilities. -Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, AI, and business teams. -Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to participate in workshops, presales, solution design, demos, or PoCs. -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and business audiences. -Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments and take ownership from problem definition through execution. Preferred Qualifications -Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, data consulting, or enterprise solution delivery. -Experience working on AI, GenAI, Agent, knowledge management, or intelligent automation projects. -Experience integrating data capabilities into AI products, platforms, or enterprise applications. -Familiarity with data technologies such as data warehouses, data lakes, knowledge graphs, vector databases, semantic layers, or modern data platforms. -Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Automotive. -Experience turning client-specific solutions into reusable products, accelerators, or solution frameworks. -Experience working with enterprise AI platforms or products is a strong plus. -Fluent English communication skills.
