该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end online tmall business management for BU, including strategic planning, sales execution, portfolio strategy, and performance monitoring.
• Develop customer partnership and drive strategic customer value creation through effective joint business planning, collaboration, and capability.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify gaps and issues; design and implement targeted action plans to drive continuous improvement and close performance gaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned strategies and seamless execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and adapt business strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. 2.3-5 years of FMCG Ecom sales related platform experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering sales targets and managing key accounts effectively.
• Exceptional selling skills with strong customer engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
