外饰工程师(雨刮洗涤）

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Duties

• Interface to customer.
• Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry
• With the request of group leader or project responsible, leading SE-team to execute & fulfill the work package/module/system independently
• Ensure system deliverable meet customer and MSC quality requirement.
• Ensure system timing (develop timing and manufacture timing) meeting project timing requirement.
• Report Project status to project and exterior department.
• Exterior wiper feasibility check and detail structure design & simulation.
• Create/Check/tracking the system timing according to master timing.
• Lead the engineering regular meeting and topical meeting.
• Homologation check.
• Visual BOM create and check.
• Master sections define and check.
• Technical documents (SSTS, SOR, etc.) define and update according to project requirement.
• Launch build support and issue solving.
• Prepare milestone deliverables.
• Other requirements from project and department. Qualification:
• Experienced designer, 8+ years preferred (5+ years minimum)
• Good experience on the Exterior wiper systems, with work experience in supplier preferred.
• Experienced at least 2 of following parts as minimum: Wiper, Washer system
• Relative knowledge on other system such as Body, trim, CV, chassis, EE etc.
• Be proficient in CATIA software.
• Ability to be self starter, seeking help as needed.
• Could be suitable for business trip for project.
• Good communication ability both in mandarin and English.
• Open mind and teamwork with people from different cultures.
