包装开发经理（匠心浓醇）

该职位来源于猎聘 此岗位服务于上海匠心浓醇食品有限责任公司。 岗位概要： Key Performance Area 基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility Ø Manage major Haagen-Dazs packaging projects within budgets and deadlines and ensure the achievement of set objectives and make sure that packaging design are robust and comply with all requirements.

Ø Lead Innovations to PKG structural design，PKG materials, PKG process, testing method/ procedure and explore applicable sustainability trends, search for innovative suppliers/partners. Ø Coach package engineer to achieve both short term and long-term objectives and make sure that Haagen-Dazs packaging development activities are properly managed.

Ø Establish development programs for packaging innovation and optimization（related to packaging materials，structural design and package process） Ø Organize regular internal/external packaging benchmarks to make sure the company packaging is on trend and better than competition. Ø Close collaboration with global package team in order to transfer knowledege and learning Ø Work in partnership with multifunctional teams such as marketing, supply chain, R&D, quality, sourcing…

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request Ø BS+ in packaging design, packaging engineering. Printing engineering or polymer science Ø 10+ years of experience in packaging design and packaging development. Working experience can be discussed with MS (or above) degree.

Ø Solid understanding of packaging development process

Ø Ability to effectively interface with broad cross functional teams Ø Excellent skills on packaging project management

Ø Excellent communication skills

Ø Effective problem-solving skills and adapted to work under pressure Ø Good command in English both oral and writing Ø Food industry packaging development experience，especially ice cream is preferable.
