产品研发工程师 - 燃气壁挂炉

该职位来源于猎聘 The main activity of this role is the product development of wall hung boilers and hybrid applications (composed of WHB + Heat pump), including the product mechanical design, thermal design, control and electric design, new product development projects management, sustaining projects management etc. 主要职责为燃气壁挂炉和混动产品(由壁挂炉模块和热泵模块组成)的研发，包括产品机械设计，热能设计，控制和电气设计，新品开发项目管理，产品变更和拓展项目管理等。 Activities/ Tasks: Task 1

Follow development procedure NDP to drive and manage the product development projects in PLM system, including as well the sustaining projects (product modifications and extensions), leveraged by the know-how of the tools like PMP, FMEA, risk assessment, DOE, PPAP etc. Task 2

Wall hung boiler new technology development and applications. Task 3

Wall hung boiler and hybrid mechanical design & functional components design, including control and combustion systems, hydraulics, heating exchangers, pumps etc. Task 4

Cooperate with cross function teams for daily tasks, including the teams in headquarter. Task 5

Support the ‘local for global’ sourcing projects, perform as the local technical gate. Basic Requirements:

• Education Bachelor degree or above, majored in HVAC, mechanical engineering or thermal energy engineering.
• Seniority 5+ years of working experience in R&D of home appliances, HVAC / Wall Hung Boiler / Gas Water Heater industry are preferred.
• Previous Experiences Skilled in new product design & new functional components design, experienced in project management.
• English is a must.
