About the role

This role involves managing import-export documentation, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations. You will handle customs clearance documentation, liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers, maintain inventory records, and support daily import-export operations across finance and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process import-export customs documentation including invoices, packing lists, contracts, and customs declarations; coordinate with customs brokers to complete clearance applications and track release progress
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange bookings, container loading, and shipments; track cargo transportation, port arrival, and delivery; handle logistics exceptions and reconciliation matters
• Manage warehouse inventory records including goods in/out registration and inventory ledger updates; assist with warehouse stocktakes to ensure accuracy of inventory data and completeness of documentation
• Coordinate with business and finance teams to organize and file shipping and reconciliation data; complete daily import-export tasks as assigned by supervisors

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above; International Trade, Business English, or related majors preferred
• Prior work experience in import-export logistics, warehouse, or customs clearance preferred; familiarity with basic financial knowledge preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Fluent English reading and writing; able to independently communicate with foreign clients via email or phone
• Strong sense of responsibility; team collaboration spirit; able to adapt to specific work conditions including occasional overtime or overseas business travel
