设计工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： Works with entire range of PG China electric-mechanism Products, including Exhaust Flaps, Electric EGR Valves for PC, Electric Secondary Air Pumps, pumps etc. Perform product detail design, 3D/2D drawing, create items in the system. 负责Pierburg机电类产品设计，客户3D模型，2D图纸等； Responsible for interpretation of customer specifications, provide competitive design concept, Benchmark competitive products.

负责客户端的产品导入,提供有竞争力的设计方案 Decision maker on deviation approval after risk assessment, define the SCC etc. 能够综合评估风险, 敲定设计方案,合理定义关键尺寸等等. Handle the tolerance calculation and make the reasonable assessment of the supplier’s feasibility study. 进行尺寸链计算，合理解决供应商的可行性评估。 Design/review product drawings, prepare/review material BOM and related technical documents , according to internal Standards. 按照内部标准,设计/校对产品零部件图纸，编制/校对物料清单BOM及相关技术文档编制 Provide necessary technical support for the production, inspection, procurement, testing, and other aspects of the order execution process, and solve any problems that may arise during production.

为订单执行过程的生产、检验、采购、试验等提供必要的技术支持和指导，解决生产中存在的问题。 Provide necessary technical support for sales bidding selection schemes, project retrofit schemes, customer technical exchanges, etc.

为销售的投标选型方案、项目改造方案、客户技术交流等提供必要的技术支持。

Provide necessary technical support to the after-sales service department and participate in resolving product issues that arise on-site for customers

为售后服务部门提供必要的技术支持，参与解决客户现场出现的产品故障等问题

Conduct VAVE, DFMEA, and DFX analysis for product design to reduce product costs and improve design quality

开展产品设计的VAVE、DFMEA和DFX分析，降低产品降本，提高设计质量

较强的沟通能力和展示能力，团队导向，结果导向 BS in Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent combination of education and experience 工程相关专业，本科以上学历 5 – 10 years’ experience in Powertrain engineering with a vehicle manufacturer or Powertrain components

5-10年汽车动力传动系统相关工作经验 MS Office, English (fluent in written and oral English)，Proficiency CATIA

办公软件，英语(听、说、读、写流利)，精通CATIA
