About the role

This role involves assisting with the installation, repair, maintenance and testing of large building services systems. You will monitor contractors' daily and emergency repair work progress, quality and safety, conduct inspections and report on system issues, and assist supervisors with all matters related to building services systems. You will be on-call to provide 24-hour emergency repair services according to a roster schedule.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Hold a relevant building services apprenticeship certificate or qualification
• Have relevant experience in building services systems repair and maintenance
• Be familiar with relevant regulations and codes of conduct
• Possess good technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly backup generator systems, UPS, chilled water systems
• Be able to write maintenance reports in Chinese and read simple English work orders
• Hold a valid Construction Industry Safety Card
• Hold an Electrical Workers Grade A or above licence issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department
• Hold a valid Hong Kong driving licence category (1) and (2) (preferred)
