About the role

This role involves presenting and selling boat rental services, closing sales, and managing customers throughout the booking process. You will serve customers at the counter, provide information on boat rental packages, routes, and pricing, and coordinate with the boat team and captain to schedule rentals accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell boat rental services, close sales, and manage customer care throughout the booking process
• Provide counter service to customers, offering information on boat rental packages, routes, and pricing
• Coordinate with the boat team and captain to schedule boat rentals correctly
• Receive payments, coordinate with accounting, issue receipts and tax invoices, and prepare related documents
• Answer customer questions, resolve immediate issues, and ensure customer satisfaction for both Thai and foreign customers
• Coordinate with other departments such as maritime operations and accounting as needed

About you

• Age 20 years or above
• Education: Diploma (HVEC) or Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 1-5 years
• Male or female (must be able to swim)
• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Proficiency in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing at communication level) will be given special consideration
• Sales experience or experience in boat rental, tour, or customer service sales with negotiation and closing skills
• Able to work under pressure and resolve immediate problems effectively
• Able to work in shifts, public holidays, and weekends
• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Drive
