积极响应，快速解决生产过程中的设备，质量等异常，并持续改善 Plan manpower and shift arrangement and continuously optimize resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage and fast response to production needs. 负责人力规划、排班安排及持续优化，确保维修资源覆盖与快速响应生产需求。 Build and according to "Andon Response Rules", ensure timely response to line calls and accurate recording of maintenance points to support problem analysis and standard solutions. 制定并根据《安灯响应规则》，确保及时响应产线呼叫并准确记录维修点，支撑问题分析及解决方案标准化。 According to "Escalation Process", ensure timely escalation of abnormal issues and closure tracking to restore line operation quickly. 根据《升级流程》，确保异常问题及时升级并跟踪闭环，快速恢复产线运行。 According to "Management of Abnormal Point Changes", ensure abnormal points are recorded, followed up and verified after repair to guarantee stable production. 根据《异常点变更管理规定》，确保异常点记录、跟踪及修复后验证，保障设备恢复后稳定生产。 Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system build-up and execution for assembly equipment; ensure TPM plan definition, checklist completion, completion rate and effectiveness. 主导装配设备TPM体系搭建与执行；确保TPM计划制定、点检表完成、完成率及实施效果。 Drive MTTR reduction and MTBF improvement through structured problem solving, preventive actions and maintenance strategy optimization. 通过结构化问题解决、预防性措施及维修策略优化，持续降低MTTR、提升MTBF。 Build and enhance internal maintenance capability of technicians for high-value components, including cylinders, electric tools, presses, robots, laser sources and related core assemblies, to reduce external service dependency and control maintenance cost. 搭建并提升技术员对大金额关键元件的内部保养与维修能力，包括气缸、电枪、压机、机器人、激光器及相关核心部件，降低对外部服务的依赖，并实现维修成本可控。 According to the production problem reaction process, to participant and coordinate with the related department to analyze and solve the issue, including raw material, process, EHS etc. 根据生产现场问题处理流程，积极参与、协助相关分析、解决生产中发生的来料、程、环境、安全等相关问题 Breaking down BE assessment requirements into implemented actions cooperating with BE coordinator. Be responsible for the action’s implementation in Lean Line Design, Line Balance, Implement and finish related actions in 5S, SMED, PS, Kaizen, SSM and VSM with high quality and efficiency, attend other related BE activities and finish the required actions. The aim is to improve employees’ BE consciousness and skill, ensure reach related BE assessment targets and further develop BE culture. 根据BE审核标准，协同BE coordinator 分解成具体行动，负责Lean Line Design, Line Balance模块具体行动的实施，在5S, SMED,PS, Kaizen,流程改善,VSM模块中高质高效完成本部门负责部分，积极参与BE与本部门相关的其他活动并完成相关项目，提高本部门员工BE意识及BE技能，确保完成BE审核的相应目标,进一步营造公司BE文化。 Establish and continuously optimize team skill matrix; develop and execute training plans to improve electrical/mechanical capability and multi-skill flexibility. 建立并持续优化团队技能矩阵；制定并执行培训计划，提升电气/机械能力及多技能灵活性。 Perform team performance management and evaluation linked with KPI results (TPM, MTTR, MTBF, response time, cost), and strengthen team execution capability. 实施团队绩效管理与考核，并与KPI结果（TPM、MTTR、MTBF、响应时间、成本）挂钩，提升团队执行力。 Responsible for coordinating with customers, and supporting audits related to quality systems and processes, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
