USI is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Recruiter. The candidates have proven track records of talent acquisition and employer branding promotion.

【工作內容】

• 使用多重管道（Linkedin等）及策略建立人才網絡以快速回應公司人才需求
• 與用人單位及主管一同評估人才需求並提供相關招募建議
• 運用多元方式吸引人才，同時建立人才庫
• 透過電話訪談與行為面談等方式評估及篩選出符合公司的人選
• 開發及建立符合職位條件之人選pipeline ，規劃未來招募需求
• 提供人選一個優良的求職體驗
• 推廣雇主品牌
• Using a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, etc.) and strategies to build a network to quickly and effectively fulfill positions.
• Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
• Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
• Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baselines as well as skills to be successful in the USI environment.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs.
• Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
• Promoting USI’s employer branding on campus.
