实习- 数字化项目支持

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Coordination and support on Digital Signage 2.0 Operation and Digital AV Project Management, aims at ensuring cross parties good collaboration, information tracking and issue settlement. Support on Digital Signage 2.0 operation

• AV post migration operation management support (DS/DPT online monitoring, internet connection, band width, conduct speed test if necessary).
• AV Technical issue tracking/reporting and follow ups; Digital elements. market penetration report.
• Consolidating, updating the data collected from regular project status, communicating among the dealers and vendors to drive the project progress as well as maintain the project status report. Coordination and support for Digital AV project, including:
• Media control application.
• Other single digital project. Requirements:
• Experienced in PPT and data tracking by Excel;
• Capable of project management (IT related is preferred);
• Proficient in English;
• Good communication skill & diligence both internally and externally.
• The internship is expected for six months, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs, and requires a minimum of 4 days per week.
