- 负责公司立项的项目开发与客户的交流，组建项目小组，组织与客户的电话会议
- 根据以往的经验教训，主导项目前期评审和召开项目启动会议，负责项目进度跟进，报告上司
- 确认三大文件的制作与内容，确认包装的成本及标准
- 参与公司改善活动，定期水平展开到新项目开发
- 负责定期整理Master Fmea、客户的外来文件及标准，确认项目文件夹的建立
- 负责内部图纸及提交外部资料的翻译工作、参与8D回复的对策会议，负责自己客户客诉后三大文件的更新
- 负责本课培训需求的提出及实施，组织项目早会及周会
- 协助上司工作并对其负责
"英语4级以上，口语流利，具备分析能力、沟通能力 熟练办公软件（Office办公软件），会制图 熟悉IATF16949、了解ISO14001体系，熟悉IATF16949五大手册、TPM、懂五金品质知识与8D、PDCA工具使用 了解Poka-yoke（防错）基本原理、熟悉ERP系统的使用"
