• Assist in expanding and onboarding high-potential overseas creators to increase platform coverage of quality authors.
• Participate in the growth and incubation of quality creators by planning content, providing creative guidance, and offering traffic support to enhance their engagement.
• Assist in identifying high-potential creators and contribute to developing personalized operation strategies to build long-term cooperative relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help improve the end-to-end process for creator onboarding, growth, and monetization, enriching the community with high-quality content.
• Manage creator communities and handle daily maintenance, identifying issues through data analysis and driving solutions. 1.协助拓展并引入海外优质潜在创作者，扩大平台优质作者覆盖； 2.参与优质作者的成长孵化，通过内容策划、创作辅导与流量支持，提升其活跃度； 3.协助识别高潜力创作者，参与制定个性化运营策略，建立长期合作关系； 4.协同内部团队，参与完善创作者引入、成长与变现的全链路流程，丰富社区优质内容。 5.负责创作者的社群管理及创作者日常维护，通过数据分析等发现问题，推动解决问题
