Potential Development Association Ltd. was established in 1993, with the aim to provide professional assessments and integrated trainings for children and teenagers with developmental differences, as well as to provide professional consultation and training to teachers, social workers, and parents.

We are currently inviting applicant with a passion for assisting those with developmental differences/disabilities to join our team:

Child & Adolescent Developmental Therapy — Professional Partners

• Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy / Play Therapy / Expressive Arts Therapy / Counselling Psychology / Counselling / Social Work (Counselling) / SEN Parenting Specialist / Paediatric Chiropractic, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience working with children with SEN (Special Educational Needs).
• A child- and family-centred approach to service delivery.
• Proactive, trustworthy, caring, and committed to professional ethics.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to share knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills, with strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Practitioners with a personal practice in mind-body-spirit wellness and/or mindfulness are preferred.
• Willing to participate in marketing and promotional activities
