What they need
职位来源于实习僧。工作职责
- 协助集团级培训项目运营，包括课前物料准备、课中助教工作、课后物料与数据简报整理等；
- 负责大型活动策划和主持，如教师节活动、特定课程的新媒体宣传策划
- 负责协调讲师时间安排课程开展、引导学员和小组完成教学任务
- 协助E-Learning学习平台运营，包含不仅限于培训开展相关的系统操作
- 负责学习发展组其他行政支持工作
任职要求
- 2023届毕业证，本科及以上学历，人力资源、中文、心理学等相关专业
- 沟通表达能力强，靠谱踏实，积极主动
- 熟练掌握office工具的使用，包括word、excel、ppt。有摄影、短视频制作、平面设计等至少一种新媒体特长优先
- 学习能力强，热爱培训工作，想未来往培训专业方向发展的优先
