该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary: As an Internal Control and Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in setting up operational processes to ensure both operation efficiency and control effectiveness, with a focus on legal compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate will have the deep understanding of internal controls, operational excellence, best practices and compliance requirements. The candidate is expected to possess strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to implement new processes and internal controls quickly. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct regular and thorough assessments of current process and internal controls to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement control solutions that mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. Develop and implement systems to maintain accurate records demonstrating compliance.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls through testing and analysis. Perform internal audits independently Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in external audits or internal audits. Excellent oral and written English skills Strong understanding of internal control concepts, frameworks, and best practices. Logical, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel to the USA and work overseas up to 50% of the time Ability to navigate and effectively deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter Preferred Qualifications: Certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) designation is preferred. Understanding of warehouse management and distribution business is preferred.
