What they need
- ดูแลและควบคุมงานบัญชีโดยรวม โดยเฉพาะ บัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) และงานรับ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการบัญชี เอกสารรับเงิน ใบเสร็จ และเอกสารประกอบทางบัญชี
- ควบคุมและติดตามยอดลูกหนี้คงค้าง รวมถึงตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลลูกหนี้
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมสรุปข้อมูลเสนอผู้บริหาร
- ควบคุม ติดตาม และแก้ไขปัญหางานของทีมบัญชีให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและกำหนดเวลา
- วางแผน มอบหมายงาน และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีมบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมระบบงานบัญชีให้ถูกต้อง เป็นระเบียบ และสามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานบัญชี เพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
