About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist responsible for driving B2B/B2C business revenue growth and expanding our global business footprint in the electronics and PCB industry. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, including order follow-up, strategic customer development, and long-term customer management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customers in target international markets and obtain end-customer recognition
• Manage end-to-end B2C/B2B sales processes
• Establish long-term partnerships with global key customers to maximise market share and drive sustained revenue growth
• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams in Guangdong to align production capacity with business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor global industry trends and competitor dynamics to optimise regional sales strategy

About you

• Bachelor's degree ( fresh graduates without any work experience also accepted)
• Sales experience is a significant advantage
• Background in electronics, PCB, or technical manufacturing is a significant advantage
• Patient, strong communication skills, adaptability, and excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written); English or other languages are advantageous
