门店实习生

工作地点： 尖沙咀中港城第六座16楼03B&04室、东亚银行旺角大厦7楼整层、上水广场15楼1516-17单元

（会优先安排就近上班，但是也需要可接受调整流动办公）

实习津贴： 240 -320港币/天+提成奖金

工作时间： 每周3-4天 (可包含周末)，具体日期可商议。

门店当前营业时间为 周一至周日 10:00-19:00，后续将调整为 9:00-20:00 (节假日照常营业，可接受节假日调休)。

【岗位职责】

1. 客户接待与引导： 负责门店日常来访客户的接待、引导与基础咨询，传递星财富“线上强大，线下有温度”的服务理念。

Receive, guide, and provide basic consultation to customers, conveying our service philosophy of "powerful online, warm offline."

2. 获客支持与活动协助： 协助门店进行线下获客活动，向潜在客户介绍星财富APP及平台优势；协助筹备与执行门店举办的“投友交流圈”、投资工具体验等客户活动。

Assist with offline customer acquisition activities and introduce our APP and platform advantages to potential customers; help plan and execute customer events and investment tool experience sessions.

3. 门店运营维护： 确保门店环境整洁、体验设施完好，管理并发放宣传资料；为到店客户提供基础的“暖心便民服务”，如指引、休息、充电等。

Ensure a clean store environment and well-maintained experience facilities; manage and distribute promotional materials; provide basic "warm convenience services" to customers, such as directions, rest areas, and device charging.

4. 客户反馈收集： 收集并记录到店客户的初步需求、疑问及反馈，及时转达给专业顾问或运营同事。

Collect and record customers' needs, questions, and feedback, and promptly relay them to professional advisors or operations colleagues.

5. 线上线下一体化支持： 引导客户下载并使用星财富APP，协助客户初步了解APP的开户、行情、资讯等功能，促进线上线下服务联动。

Guide customers to download and use our APP; help customers understand basic functions such as account opening, market quotes, and news, promoting online-offline service integration.

【任职要求】

1. 基本要求：

    * 在读本科生或研究生，专业不限，对金融、科技、财富管理或客户服务有浓厚兴趣。

    * Currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student, any major, with a strong interest in finance, technology, wealth management, or customer service.

    * 每周可保证3-4天到岗（需包含周末），能适应零售业态的排班时间，工作认真负责，有良好的服务意识。

    * Able to commit to 3–4 days per week (must include weekends), adaptable to retail shift schedules, conscientious and responsible, with a strong service mindset.

    * 具备出色的沟通能力和亲和力，性格开朗，乐于与人交流。

    * Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanor; outgoing and enjoys interacting with people.

    * 粤语、普通话流利，具备基础的英语沟通能力者优先。

    * Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; basic English communication skills preferred.

    * 须持有NOL，可在港合法从事实习工作。

    * Must hold a valid NOL and be legally eligible to undertake internship work in Hong Kong.

2. 加分项：

    * 有客户服务、零售、活动协助或社团外联相关经验。

    * Experience in customer service, retail, event assistance, or club/society external relations.

    * 对金融市场、虚拟资产等有基本了解或学习兴趣。

    * Basic understanding of, or interest in learning about, financial markets, virtual assets, etc.

    * 具备良好的团队协作精神和快速学习能力。

    * Strong team collaboration spirit and quick learning ability.
