Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 3 or above , with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, responsible, and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiar with accounting standards, financial regulations, and preferably the logistics industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting/financial software .
• Able to identify potential tax risks, stay updated on changes in tax policies and regulations, and promptly communicate relevant updates to the finance team at headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly Accounting & Invoice Management

Assist the finance team at headquarters and colleagues in Vietnam with monthly accounting activities, including the collection and reconciliation of revenue, costs, and expense invoices; calculation of VAT and corporate income tax; issuance of VAT invoices; and follow-up on accounts receivable and payment collection.

Tax Reporting & Compliance

Coordinate with the external accounting service provider and assist in preparing and reviewing supporting documents required for quarterly tax filings and reports, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), investment reports, and other statutory reports .

Payroll, Social Insurance & Individual Income Tax

Assist the external accounting service provider with payroll calculations for employees of the Vietnam branch, including social insurance contributions and Individual Income Tax (PIT) withholding .

Online Banking & Accounting Documentation

Assist the treasury team at headquarters in maintaining the security and confidentiality of online banking information and properly organize, bind, archive, and retain accounting documents on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis .

Accounting & Tax Policy Monitoring

Maintain a good understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations applicable to the logistics industry. Identify potential tax risks, monitor changes in tax policies, and promptly report relevant updates to the finance team at headquarters.

Financial Records & Reimbursement Control

Maintain complete and accurate financial records, review and monitor reimbursement activities, coordinate with the finance team at headquarters in a timely manner, and regularly report work progress and key financial matters to supervisors and directors.

Management Support

Perform accounting and finance-related duties in accordance with the requirements of the position and complete tasks assigned by management.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with other departments within the company to improve operational efficiency and ensure smooth coordination of finance-related matters.

Other Duties

Perform other duties as required by the company’s business needs or as assigned by management.
