工作职责:

此岗位服务于上海匠心浓醇食品有限责任公司。

基本工作职能：Key Job Responsibility

• Analyze consumer insights, category trends, and shop channel performance to support marketing strategy development and business growth
• Lead shop product portfolio management and localized innovation projects to meet sales targets and enhance product novelty & resonation with target consumers
• Enhance HD shop role as brand image anchor in HD omni-channel, drive remarkable consumer experience through merchandising, consumer activations and vibe elevation to sharpen HD shop exclusivity
• Developing shop national promotions, key festivals planning and omni-channel activations, execution & review (e.g., International Women Day, Children Day)
• Provide guidance and develop SOP for new store opening activations and single shop activations
• Collaborate with shop commercial, creative and supply chain to align marketing plans with operational needs

工作经历、知识、技能和能力：Qualifications And Skills

• 5 years working experience in marketing, shop marketing experience in F&B industry preferred
• Deep understanding of shop channel landscape
• Good marketing and commercial sense, high learning agility
• Good communication and relationship building ability across internal and external stakeholders and partners

教育程度：Educational Requirements

• Bachelor above
