该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to support TS’s digital transformation and global commercialization. The role will drive the development and delivery of digital products and platforms, working closely with global business, medical and scientific teams, technology team and external partners. This position serves as a bridge between business, technology, and scientific expertise, helping transform TS’s personalized nutrition capabilities into scalable digital solutions that support sustainable global growth. Key Responsibilities Digital Product Management

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of TS digital products, from requirements and design through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, workflows, and system specifications.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure high-quality implementation, delivery, and user experience. Global Commercialization & Digital Transformation
• Support TS global commercialization through scalable digital solutions, platforms, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate initiatives across business functions and stakeholders, driving alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Standardize and optimize digital workflows while supporting appropriate localization for global business expansion. Medical, Scientific & Algorithm Digitalization
• Work with medical, nutrition, and scientific teams to convert professional knowledge, methodologies, and algorithms into scalable digital capabilities.
• Support AI-enabled health assessment, personalized recommendation, formulation, and related digital health solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, validation, and implementation with internal experts and technology partners. SaaS Platform & System Integration
• Support the continued development and optimization of TS SaaS platforms and digital products.
• Manage integrations between business platforms, operational systems, and external technology solutions.
• Define functional requirements, data flows, and integration needs; coordinate testing and deployment. Project & Vendor Management
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain clear ownership and timely execution.
• Support vendor evaluation, contracting, acceptance testing, performance management, and ongoing optimization.
• Prepare concise project documentation, progress reports, and management updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, SaaS products, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional digital projects from concept through successful delivery.
• Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle, SaaS platforms, APIs, system integration, and software development processes.
• Familiarity with AI applications, LLM technologies, and data-driven products.
• Strong project management, execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
