• Supervise the Process Engineering (PE) team to enhance process capability and productivity.
• Lead improvement initiatives for yield, quality, process capability, and cost reduction projects.
• Manage equipment buyoff, material qualification, and supplier audits in collaboration with Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE).
• Conduct failure analyses and implement effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments.
• Support talent development and impart proven skills to other members within the process engineering team.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities:
• Around 10 years of experience in Process Engineering, preferably with chemical plating or precision machining background. 2. 2-5 years of experience in managing a PE team.
• Experience in designing, improving, and upgrading full-factory process technologies.
• Strong logical thinking skills, capable of leading team members to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
• Strong data analysis skills, experience in 6 Sigma projects, and possession of a 6 Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, able to oversee the implementation of new products and processes on the production line.
• Proficient in English communication skills is preferred.
