该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责计算机视觉核心算法研发，聚焦目标检测、图像分类； 2、基于Pytorch 生态完成模型训练、预测。 任职要求： 1、精通深度学习框架：PaddlePaddle 与 PyTorch，具备完整CV项目落地经验； 2、深入掌握目标检测技术(YOLO/PaddleDetection)； 3、熟悉分类模型（ResNet/ViT/MobileNet）及蒸馏/量化技术； 4、具备视觉算法架构设计能力，能够独立完成算法平台设计、推理服务架构设计及性能优化，主导大型 CV 项目落地； 5、接受出差。 加分项： 熟悉 Agent LLM 技术
