Our Nanjing operation combines engineering, manufacturing and project execution and is strengthening its R&D organization for the next phase of growth.

Your mission Provide technical leadership for complex industrial-equipment development and improvement, from concept and calculation through design release, verification and manufacturing support. What you will do Lead mechanical concepts, calculations, 3D models, drawings, BOMs and specifications for new and improved equipment. Chair design reviews; identify safety, reliability, manufacturability, cost and service risks before release. Resolve difficult technical problems using evidence, calculation, testing and structured root-cause methods. Develop design rules, calculation templates, standard modules and engineering checklists. Coach engineers through peer review and practical project work; strengthen CAD/PDM and change-control discipline. Work directly with production, quality, purchasing, suppliers, customers and international Group engineering. What you bring Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or a closely related discipline. Typically 8+ years in mechanical design/product development for complex industrial equipment. Mandatory: previous professional experience in an international company, foreign-invested enterprise or export/customer-facing organization. Strong engineering drawings, tolerances, materials, welded structures and manufacturing knowledge; credible calculation and design-review capability. Working English for technical meetings, documents and international collaboration; fluent Mandarin. Hands-on CAD and controlled engineering-data experience; Autodesk Inventor/Vault or comparable systems preferred. Comparable industries are welcome Bulk-material-handling experience is welcome but not required. 你具备的条件

拥有机械工程或相关专业学士学位及以上学历。

通常具备8年以上复杂工业设备的机械设计或产品开发经验。

必须具备在国际公司、外商投资企业或面向出口/客户组织工作的专业工作经验。

精通工程制图、公差、材料、焊接结构及制造知识；具备可靠的计算能力和设计评审能力。适用于技术会议、文件及国际协作的英语工作能力；熟练掌握普通话。

具备实际操作CAD和控制工程数据的经验，优先考虑使用Autodesk Inventor/Vault或类似系统的人员。
