Responsibilities:

1.Formulate strategic plans for Dirui’s Russian market and coordinate resources allocation for implementation

2.Responsible for the operational management of Dirui’s Russian subsidiary

3.Manage distribution channels and client resources for Dirui’s Russian business

4.Lead talent echelon development, personnel training and team capacity building for Dirui’s Russian subsidiary

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher; a medical-related major is preferred.

2.Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the IVD industry, with at least 5 years in a team management role.

3.Possess extensive market resources, including government relations, channel distributors, and expert networks.

4.Excellent strategic planning, team management, and business development capabilities.
