生产工程师（偏现场改善）

该职位来源于猎聘 1、 Continuous improvement. Based on the demands for safety, efficiency, quality, cost, etc., conduct analysis and research, formulate improvement plans and schemes, and track their implementation持续改善。根据安全、效率、质量、成本等需求，进行分析和研究，制定改善方案和计划并跟踪落实 2、 Process critical materials monitoring, analysis and improvement，continue to reduce material consumption 工序物料监控、分析改善，持续降低物料单耗 3、 Process energy monitoring, analysis and improvement，continue to reduce energy consumption 工序能耗监控、分析与改善，持续降低能耗 4、 Plan tracking and implementation. According to the production plan, track the completion of the plan and provide feedback. When the plan is abnormal, coordinate and adjust the plan in a timely manner.计划跟踪及落实。根据生产计划，跟踪计划完成情况并反馈。计划异常时，及时协调和调整计划。 5、 Production capacity management. Fore-cast and evaluate production capacity based on sales orders to meet production targets and deliveries. 生产产能管理。协助主管，根据销售订单，预测和评估生产产能，是否可以满足生产目标和交付。 6、 Data and report management. Updating data and reports, understand product status information and production progress, timely coordinate abnormal situations. 数据及报表管理。更新数据和报表，了解产品状态信息和生产进度，及时协调异常情况 7、 On-site resource coordination and scheduling, including tooling and equipment, human resources, etc. And closely cooperate and communicate with all departments to ensure the realization of production goals and the completion of customer shipments.现场资源协调及调度，包括工装器具，人力资源等。并与各部门紧密合作和沟通，以确保生产目标的实现和客户发货的完成。 8、 Quality Management. Assist the supervisor in process quality management to ensure that the product quality meets relevant standards.质量管理。协助主管进行过程质量管理，确保产品的质量符合相关标准。 职位要求： 1、 Bachelor degree, at least 5 years production planning management experience in mechanical manufacturing industry 本科学历  2年及以上铸钢厂生产、技术、现场改善工作经验。  或者机械行业，2年以上IE、PE等工作经验 2、 Have rich working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets and word processing. 具有较强的计算机、电子表格和数据处理的能力。

3、Familiar with ERP or SAP production management software熟悉ERP或SAP 生产管理软件 2. Personal Attributes 1、Lean production management experience is preferred具备精益生产管理经验者优先 2、Proficient in using drawing software such as CAD or SolidWorks are preferred能够熟练使用CAD或SolidWorks等绘图软件者优先
