该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals in consultation with regional manager
• Research and reports on general market trends and activity within current and target client accounts.
• Assists team in creating and maintaining forecasting data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Supports other members of the team in achieving performance goals associated with quota achievement and sales activity.
• Manage all aspects of client relationship, develop, and maintain long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts
• Actively involved in prospecting and acquiring new clients, cultivate prospect lists and actively convert them into clients and deepen relationships
• Keep track of clients on strategy plan and business movements 任职要求：
• University degree holder
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Strong presentation skills, an excellent communicator
• Good understanding the mechanism of transactions and the parties involved in a transaction
• Detail-oriented and results-focused
• Solid skills with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and any other essential tools and software.
• Can manage a basic database.
• Quick learner and demonstrates willingness to learn from others.
• Ability to articulate ideas and arguments clearly and concisely
• Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
