机械工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 职位要求 Reauirments: 1.本科及以上，机械工程及相关领域； Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, or equivalent; 2.最少5年以上机械设计或机械工程领域工作经验； Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical design and mechanical engineering; 3.具有机械零部件设计计算和尺寸标注的相关能力和经验； Ability and experience in doing design calculations and dimensioning of machine elements; 4.具有能够完整设计整个装配体及相应细化设计的能力； Ability to design complete functional assembly groups and detailing of components and items; 5.具有轴承，驱动元件，标准件等设计选型，配置经验及钣金件和结构设计等经验； Experience in designing bearing configurations, drive situations,sheet metal and structure design and standard machine elements in particular; 6.具有不同的机械制造工艺知识和经验，及阿公可行性分析和相应成本分析的能力，比如钣金工艺，加工工艺，铸造，注塑工艺等。 Knowledge and ecperience of different manufacting processes,manufacturing feasibility and knowledge about its cost,e.g.sheetmetal process,machining process,casting, injection process,etc; 7.设计过程中熟悉机械工差的合理使用及相应材料的正确选择； Knoweldge and experience of tolerance and material selection; 8.熟悉使用CAD设计软件，三维设计软件Solidworks； Good command of CAD design software, Command of 3D-design software is preferred; 9.具有良好的沟通能力和强烈的学习意愿； Good communication skills with internal and external teams. Strong willing and ability of learning; 10.对机械设计领域具有浓厚的兴趣并愿意从事相关工作。 Big interest in mechanical engineering and to work in a mechanical engineering company. 工作职责 Responsibility： 1.参与新产品总体设计工作并能够独立承担部分设计； Lead the design of the total design of assembly group for new products; 2.现有棉纺和无纺设备改进及优化； Design improvements and modifications for existing spinning and nonwoven machines; 3.基于市场调研分析进行新的概念设计及可行性应用； Generate new concept design based on analytical investigation of the state of the art; 4.设计文档制作，如：图纸，技术说明，BOM，产品数据资料，设计计算等等； Generate design documentation,e.g.Drawing,twchnical specifications,BoM,Datasheets, technical calculations; 5.与供应商和生产部门沟通，取得满意的设计和成本目标； Commumication with suppliers and production to achive good design and cost targets; 6.新供应商开发支持； Support the development of new suppliers； 7.跟踪并负责如来自生产，采购，样机装配，产品测试等等手头项目相应进展，保证按时顺利进行并完成； Follow and charge all project related topics, e.g.Production,purchasing,protototype assembly and product tests; 8.跟不同部门的合作及支持，如生产，采购，质量，售后及全球相关部门等； Co-operate with different departments e.g. QC,Service,Global-Engineering.
