该职位来源于猎聘 岗位概述 任职者全权负责全新整车平台动力系统端到端集成工作，作为技术对接窗口联动海外全球动力团队、国内本土汽车工程团队、电池电驱供应商、底盘及整车集成团队。统筹燃油/混动/插混动力总成匹配、动力布置、热管理集成、能耗标定及整体项目进度管控，确保整车完全符合国家新能源与排放法规，保障联合车型全部动力集成关键节点按期交付。 主要工作职责 1. 对标整车项目总时间轴制定动力集成二级开发计划，管控样件开发、台架标定、实车匹配、公告认证核心里程碑，主动推进解决进度、技术、成本各类项目风险。 2. 主导动力系统架构定义，通过CATIA DMU完成动力总成与底盘、车身布置匹配，解决空间干涉、NVH振动、动力悬置耦合等各类技术难题。 3. 拆解整车动力性能、油耗/电耗、排放、热管理各项开发指标，统筹动力台架标定、实车道路测试、能效优化及排放合规验证全流程工作。 4. 联动本地CAE、测试、电控团队与海外动力技术专家开展同步工程，组织每周跨国技术同步与方案评审会议，对所有动力匹配方案出具核心技术决策。 5. 管理发动机、变速箱、电驱桥、电池包国内供应商，编制SOR文件、技术要求与验收标准，跟进样件开发、零部件匹配、DV/PV验证及量产成熟度迭代提升。 6. 统筹整体动力热管理集成工作，协调冷却回路布置、热平衡试验、热保护标定，规避国内高温使用工况下动力系统过热失效风险。 7. 管控所有动力相关工程变更，评估变更对整车装配、成本、性能带来的影响；落地动力总成竞品对标、轻量化升级、能效提升等专项工作。 8. 带领动力集成团队，分配工程任务并定期为团队成员提供技术指导，搭建包含SOR、DVP、DFMEA、试验报告在内的标准化动力集成文档库。 9. 确保全部动力设计数据、试验记录完全满足中国排放、新能源整车、高压安全国标及海外统一全球工程标准。 任职要求 1. 车辆工程、动力工程、电气工程本科或硕士学历；8年以上整车主机厂或汽车研发工程机构动力集成工作经验，完整主导至少一款量产燃油/混动/插混车型平台全周期开发。 2. 精通电驱桥、电池包、高压系统、动力悬置、热管理全领域专业知识，熟悉动力台架标定、实车匹配、排放认证完整业务流程。 3. 熟练使用CATIA DMU及主流动力仿真工具，可独立编制DFMEA、DVP&R、供应商SOR、标定规范、整车公告全套技术文件。 4. 熟悉中国排放、新能源整车、高压安全国标法规，具备整车公告认证配套实操经验。 5. 优秀英语听说读写综合能力，可独立主持与海外全球动力团队的跨国技术沟通会议。 6. 突出跨职能协同、复杂故障分析与问题闭环解决能力，具备成熟供应商全生命周期技术管理经验。 7. 拥有成熟团队管理经验，可统筹管理3-5名动力集成工程师；具备中外联合整车开发项目经历者优先录用。 Job Overview The role takes end-to-end responsibility of powertrain integration for the new vehicle platform, acting as exclusive technical contact connecting overseas global powertrain team, local domestic automotive engineering team, battery & e-drive suppliers, chassis and vehicle integration teams. You will oversee ICE/HEV/PHEV powertrain matching, powertrain layout, thermal system integration, energy consumption calibration and overall project schedule control, ensure full compliance with national new energy vehicle and emission regulations, and deliver all key powertrain integration milestones of the joint vehicle program. Key Responsibilities

• Establish tier-2 powertrain integration plan aligned with overall vehicle project timeline, supervise prototype development, bench calibration, real vehicle matching and homologation certification milestones, proactively resolve risks on schedule, technology and cost.
• Lead powertrain system architecture definition; complete layout matching between power assembly, chassis and body via CATIA DMU, solve technical issues including spatial interference, NVH vibration and powertrain mount coupling.
• Decompose vehicle-level targets of power performance, fuel/electric consumption, emission and thermal management; coordinate powertrain bench calibration, real vehicle road testing, energy efficiency optimization and emission compliance verification work.
• Carry out simultaneous engineering with local CAE, testing and electrical teams as well as overseas powertrain specialists, organize weekly cross-border technical synchronization and scheme review meetings, make core technical decisions for all powertrain matching schemes.
• Manage domestic suppliers of engine, transmission, e-axle and battery pack; compile SOR documents, technical requirements and acceptance standards; track prototype development, component matching, DV/PV testing and mass production maturity improvement.
• Take charge of overall powertrain thermal integration, coordinate cooling circuit layout, heat balance test and thermal protection calibration to avoid overheating failures under domestic high-temperature operating conditions.
• Control all engineering changes related to powertrain, evaluate their impacts on vehicle assembly, cost and performance; launch special projects including powertrain benchmarking, lightweight upgrade and energy efficiency improvement.
• Lead a powertrain integration team, assign engineering tasks and provide regular technical coaching for team members; build standardized document library covering SOR, DVP, DFMEA and test reports for powertrain integration work.
• Guarantee all powertrain design data and test records fully meet China national standards on emission, new energy vehicles and high-voltage safety, as well as overseas unified global engineering standards. Job Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree majoring in Vehicle Engineering, Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering; minimum 8 years powertrain integration experience at vehicle OEMs or automotive R&D engineering institutions, with experience leading full-cycle development of at least one mass-produced ICE/HEV/PHEV vehicle platform.
• Comprehensive professional expertise on e-axle, battery pack, high-voltage system, powertrain mount and thermal integration; proficient in full workflow of powertrain bench calibration, real vehicle matching and emission certification.
• Skilled in CATIA DMU and mainstream powertrain simulation tools; able to independently draft DFMEA, DVP&R, supplier SOR, calibration specifications and vehicle homologation documents.
• Familiar with Chinese GB standards on emission, new energy vehicles and high-voltage safety, with practical experience supporting vehicle homologation certification work.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability to independently host cross-border technical meetings with overseas global powertrain teams.
• Outstanding cross-functional coordination, complex fault analysis and closed-loop problem solving capabilities, with mature full-lifecycle supplier technical management experience.
• Proven team leadership experience to manage 3–5 powertrain integration engineers; candidates with Sino-foreign joint vehicle development experience are highly preferred.
