职位概述 主管医生负责协调养老机构内的医疗及护理工作。The coordinating physician is responsible for coordinating the medical and nursing work inside the facility. 主管医生必须严格遵守集团的职业道德规范，尊重老人的隐私和尊严；保证给老人安全、舒适的生活；对老人的相关信息严格保密；始终遵守现行的法律法规和公司规定。The coordinating physician must comply with Group's professional ethics and respect the privacy and dignity of the resident. Ensure the safety and comfort of the resident. Should be strict confidentiality of the relevant information for the resident. Main responsibilities

主要职责 1) 在护理团队的协助下，建立总护理计划并指导其实施，总护理计划是养老机构整体规划的一部分。With the assistance of the nursing team, establish the total care plan and guide its implementation, the total care plan is one part of the overall plan of the facility. 2) 根据养老机构护理能力及老人健康状况，提出入院建议，并且填写老人信息内部沟通表。According to the nursing ability and health status of the elderly, put forward the suggestion of admission, and fill the internal information communication form of the resident. 3) 每年至少两次会议召集顾问医生和外部合作医疗单位成员等，协调养老机构医护人员的工作，如医护团队工作安排遇到困难，及时向院长汇报。Each year, should hold meeting at least two times with the consultant doctors and the external cooperation medical units, etc. Coordinate the work of medical and nursing staff in the facility. If the medical and nursing teams have some difficulties, should report timely to the director. 4) 评估并验证老人的失能状况和他们的相应需求。Assess and verify the disability status of the elderly and their related needs. 5) 确保老人得到正确的照护，如遇特殊卫生风险情况（***、院内水污染等）应及时提出有效的处理建议，并参与护理质量评估。Ensure correct care of the elderly, in the event of a special health risks (infectious diseases, water pollution, etc.) should put forward effective suggestions timely, and participate in the nursing quality evaluation. 6) 负责入住老人药品处方和其它医用品处方等，并督促养老机构内医护人员严格遵守。Responsible for the prescription of the elderly and other medical supplies, etc., and supervise the medical and nursing staff in the facility strictly comply with relevant regulations. 7) 根据入住老人的身体状况，准许老人参加相应的理疗、非理疗和娱乐活动等，并将相关信息记录在照护软件中。According to the physical condition of the elderly, allow the elderly to participate in the relative physical therapy, non-physical therapy and recreational activities, and record the relevant information in the Caring system. 8) 落实员工培训计划，及时通知医护人员相关的培训信息。Implement the employees’ training plan, and inform the medical and nursing personnel of relevant training information timely. 9) 确保护理资料的及时更新及妥善保存，并在照护软件中记录。Ensure the timely updating of nursing information and proper preservation, and record in Caring system. 10) 在护理团队的协助下，撰写年度医疗护理活动报告，尤其需要总结机构内老人照护过程中出现的不良状况以及老人失能情况的进展，报告需附上老年医学协调委员会的建议。With the assistance of the nursing team, write the annual medical nursing activity report, particularly need to summarize bad conditions in the course of care and the progress of the elderly’s disability. This report should include the Elderly Medical Coordination Committee’s suggestions. 11) 为确保护理的连续性，养老机构与其他医疗卫生机构签订相关协议，主管医生需就协议内容提出意见，并参与协议的实施；若养老机构内发生特殊风险事件，主管医生需提出处理意见并确保工作落实到位。In order to ensure the continuity of care, the facility will sign the relevant agreement with the other medical and health institutions, the coordinating physician should put forward suggestions for the agreement, and participate in the implementation of the agreement. If a special risk event occurs inside the facility, the coordinating physician needs to propose the suggestions to deal with it and ensure that the work is put in place.

• 协助建立老年医学护理网络以及其它各类医疗卫生协作网络。Help to establish the elderly’s medical care network and other kinds of medical and health cooperation network. 13) 协调顾问医生的工作，并将其反馈的信息和意见整合集中上报给院长。Coordinate the work of the consultant doctors, and focus on the feedback of the information and opinions and report to the director. 14) 及时发现机构内潜在的公共健康风险，确保采取一切有效的预防、监督和应对措施。Discover the potential public health risks in the facility and ensure that all effective measures are taken to prevent, monitor and respond. 15) 为老人制定紧急情况预案以及护理跟踪流程和规程，并建立老人住院备用档案。Develop emergency plans, and the care and tracking procedures for the resident, and to establish the resident’s standby file for hospitalization. 16) 参与老人个人护理计划的制定和综合评估，与护理团队一起建立老人能力激发、自理能力维持及预防工坊。Participate in the formulation and comprehensive assessment of resident’s individual care program, and establish the resident’s ability stimulation, self-care ability maintenance and prevention workshop with the nursing team. 17) 根据相关管理规定，监督医疗器械的管理和药品的发放。According to the relevant regulations, supervise the medical equipment management and drug distribution. 18) 若发生紧急情况（老人有生命危险、出现集体或特殊风险事件），需及时介入并同其它医生一起协调护理工作。In case of emergency (the elderly has the risk of life, or there is a collective or special risk event), the coordinating physician needs to intervene in time and work with the other doctors to coordinate the nursing work. 19)

向老年医学网络各机构推广养老机构护理计划并维持合作关系。Promote the nursing plan of our facility to the different institutions of the elderly medical network and maintain the cooperative relations. 20) 在老人入住前及入住当天，及时跟进老人及其家属的需求，按照岗位职责提供相应的陪伴。Before and on the day of the elderly’s admission date, should follow up the needs of the elderly and their families, keep accompanying them in accordance with the responsibilities of the position. 21) 参加质量管理和检查，参与各团队的工作以及各项培训。Participate in the quality management and inspection, and participate in the work of all the teams and their training.

• 严格遵守养老机构内的规章制度并保证其顺利实施。Comply with the rules and regulations within the facility strictly and ensure its smooth implementation. 23) 确保机构内员工遵守职业道德和医学伦理规范。Ensure that the staff in the falicity should comply with the professional ethics and the medical ethics standards. 24) 参与质量审核和评估，特别是专业实践的评估。Participate in quality audit and evaluation, especially for professional practice. 资历及经验要求 1. 有效的医师资格证书。Valid Physician Certificate of Qualification

• 有效的医师执业证书。Valid Physician Certificate of Practicing 3. 医学、临床、护理专业本科以上学历； 4. 五年以上临床经验 5. 老年科、全科背景，熟悉老年综合评估、认知症照护、安宁疗护及老人老人突发事件的紧急处理；
