Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the full-process quality management system for semiconductor silicon materials.
2. Lead the formulation of wafer-level quality control standards, achieving a yield improvement of ≥15%.
3. Coordinate cross-base quality management, ensuring a 100% closure rate for anomalies.
4. Drive the implementation of digital quality systems, achieving SPC coverage of ≥95%.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Materials Science, Microelectronics, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer quality management.
2. Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA and APQP; experience leading ISO 9001 certification.
3. Familiar with 12-inch silicon wafer production processes, with a portfolio of ≥50 defect analysis cases.
4. Hands-on experience in establishing quality systems for 3+ wafer fabs.
