About the role

This role focuses on developing the market, expanding new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will gain deep understanding of customers' asset situations, life goals and financial needs, providing professional analysis. You will match personalised insurance solutions (basic insurance, savings dividends, investment-linked) and asset allocation plans, assisting customers to complete insurance applications and transactions. You will provide continuous after-sales service and value-added support to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Through professional service and resource integration, you will achieve personal and team performance targets. You will match corresponding professional services for both group business and individual business.

• Focus on market development, expand new customers and maintain existing customer relationships

About you

• Full-time bachelor's degree or above
• Passion for the financial insurance industry, entrepreneurial mindset, desire for long-term development
• Strong learning ability, good communication skills, team collaboration spirit
• Local or holding Hong Kong identity or meeting talent requirements
• Willing to develop mainland China, Hong Kong, personal and corporate business
• Ambitious and want to enhance self-capability
• Interest in consulting and sales
