About the role

This role involves integrating internal and external resources to follow up on and maintain customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. You will be responsible for overseas market business expansion, establishing and maintaining business relationships, discovering cooperation opportunities, and collecting overseas market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on and maintain customer relationships according to company strategic development needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth
• Conduct overseas market business expansion, establish and maintain business relationships, discover cooperation opportunities, and collect overseas market intelligence
• Assist with business channel expansion work, including customer needs research, project advancement, contract signing, and implementation tracking
• Work closely with internal departments to continuously follow up on and drive work implementation
• Handle other work matters assigned by the department and company

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering, with computer science or transportation industry background preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, excellent English listening and speaking ability, able to adapt to fully English meetings and communication scenarios
• Strong communication and expression skills, strong learning ability, excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Business acumen, able to quickly understand overseas business logic, efficient team collaboration
• High sense of responsibility and good stress management ability
