该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 根据设计规范制定产品测试计划和测试文档，并附上适当的图表说明 Creating product test plans and test documents with appropriate visualizations in accordance with design specifications 2.协调确定测试标准和测试范围，以验证产品规格 Coordinated definition of the test criteria and scope of testing to verify the product specifications 3.制定测试程序，包括指定所需的测量和测试设备 Development of test procedures, including the specification of the necessary measuring and testing equipment 4.在“True Quality”系统中创建、更新、修正并批准检验计划，随后在全球范围内推广至所有TRUETZSCHLER工厂. Create, update, correct, and approve inspection plans in “True Quality,” followed by a global rollout to all Trützschler locations 5.支持并培训实施检验流程，并在我们的软件和数据库“True Quality”中记录 Support and training for implementing the inspection process and documenting the results in our software and database, True Quality 6.领导交办的其他事项 岗位要求： 1.机械工程相关背景，优先考虑机械制造、装配或相关领域 Background in mechanical engineering, preferably in the field of mechanical manufacturing, assembly, or a related field 2.至少 5 年制造业质量策划和质量控制相关工作经验 At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality planning and quality control within the manufacturing industry 3.熟悉质量控制流程、检验方法及各类测量工具的正确使用 Familiar with quality control processes, inspection procedures, and the proper use of measuring tools 4.具备较强的机械图纸识读能力，基本了解装配、机加工、钣金等制造工艺 Strong ability to read mechanical drawings, with a basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as assembly, machining, and sheet metal processing 5.具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够使用英语进行工作沟通 Good English speaking and writing skills, with strong communication skills in English 6.工作严谨、注重细节，具备良好的组织能力，能够确保检验报告、记录和检验计划的准确性和可追溯性 Rigorous and detail oriented, with a high level of organization to ensure the accuracy and traceability of inspection reports, records, and plans 7.学习能力强，具备扎实的技术理解能力，能够快速掌握复杂的机械系统 Quick learner with a strong technical understanding, enabling you to grasp complex mechanical systems
