生产工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.负责生产设备，及所需工装的开发与改进。 To excutive the development and improvement of production equipment and fixtures. 2.执行生产工艺的开发与改进。处理生产设备的导入及日常使用过程中的各种事项。解决日常生产上的问题并培训工人。 To excutive the development and improvement of production process. Handle the task of introduction and daily operation for production equipment, troubleshoot routine production problems and provide training for production operators. 3.负责工艺文档，各工序SOP，产品图纸，生产文件等技术文档的编制及持续优化。 To executive the compilation and continuous optimization of technical documents, such as process documents, SOPs for each process, product drawing and production documents etc. 4.积极支持和参与质量问题解决，主动制定措施持续改善过程质量. Proactively cooperate with quality and engineering department to handle NCRs. Proactively initiate and implement actions to improve quality of products with quality and engineering department. 5.定期对产品制造成本做分析，制定降本方案和计划。 Analyze production cost and initiate cost saving action plans 6.在ERP系统中新建并维护物料，BOM， 工艺路径等信息。维护WMS，AGV调度系统等基础参数。 Creating and maintaining m

Implement safety management system to make sure the company running in safety environment, support achieving company’s safety and health targets. 8.积极主动识别危险源和风险，并制定纠正措施，持续不断提高员工安全意识。确保特种作业过程符合规范要求，做好员工个人防护的日常监督。 Proactively identify hazards and risks, creat corrective measures, and continuously improve employees' safety awareness. Ensure that special operation processes comply with standard requirements and do a good job in daily supervision of employees' personal protection. 9.完成领导交办的其他事项。 Other matters assigned by the leader. 职位要求： 1. 机械、自动化等理工科专业本科以上学历 Education background in mechanical engineering or relevant 2. 3年及以上制造型企业工作经验。 At least 3 years similar experience in manufacturing enterprises 3. 具备使用英语进行日常沟通的能力 Capable of english daliy communication
