Responsibilities

• Manage rubber block production to meet quality, quantity, and delivery targets.
• Plan and control production schedules and processes.
• Control raw materials, yield, and production efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards.
• Control production costs, labor, and energy consumption.
• Oversee machinery maintenance and production downtime.
• Manage and develop factory employees and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Monitor production KPIs and factory performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Degree/major in Industrial Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience within the manufacturing environment (Experience in working in Natural Rubber will be specially considered.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership / people management function
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, good leadership skills, interpersonal skills and analytical approach to problem solving
• Proactive, results-oriented, high level of integrity, decisive and possess good follow-through
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload while delivering high accuracy/quality works
• Ability to communicate at all levels of management and good presentation skills
• Ability to work with relevant stakeholders in projects undertaken Company
• Good teamwork approach with positive attitude, independent and fast learner
