根据服务、工作方法、产品、国家法规等法定规定，要求并维持相应的性能标准。 3.

开发并评估跨部门的概念方案，包括在适当时机评估内部和外部采购场景。 4.

主持同步工程团队（SET）会议（作为项目负责人），并按议程进行管理 5.

在同步工程团队出现冲突时进行调解和缓和。 6.

在模块团队中实施、协调并记录总体项目活动计划，包括特定的工作方法（在上述规范框架内）。 7. 与模块团队负责人合作，定义、协调、记录目标和要求，并在同步工程团队内部进行分配。 8.

与模块团队负责人就合作事宜协调服务水平协议（SLA）。 9.

Define, align, documenting targets and requirements, distributing inside the Simultaneous Engineering Team in cooperation with the Module Team Leader. Align service level agreements concerning the cooperation with the role of Module Team Leader Create, maintain, release functional and component spec books.

Lead, implement the concept plausibilization commissioned by the module leader.

Initiating, documenting, implementing change management, maturity management, risk evaluations etc., in the Simultaneous Engineering Team.

Lead, perform, resolve all actions needed in the framework of the problem management process (PMP); report, document the status. Perform the concept plausibilization (PPPs) commissioned by the roles of sub -process chain managers PV-D or module leader Adhere to uniform working methods, statements etc., incl. Competence to represent the BMW Group for the scope defined by module organisation towards external partners. Competence to apply for changes and target adjustments towards the module leader.
