总会计师

【岗位职责】 1、全面负责酒店财务管理工作，包括会计核算、成本控制、预算编制及执行监督； 2、审核酒店各项财务收支，确保账务处理的准确性和合规性； 3、编制月度、季度及年度财务报表，并定期向管理层汇报财务状况； 4、监督酒店资金流动，优化资金使用效率，确保资金安全； 5、负责税务申报及税务筹划工作，确保酒店税务合规； 6、参与酒店经营决策，提供财务数据支持及风险分析； 7、协调与银行、税务、审计等外部机构的关系； 8、完善财务管理制度及流程，提升财务管理效率。

【岗位要求】 1、具备扎实的财务专业知识，熟悉会计准则及相关法律法规； 2、具备较强的财务分析能力，能够独立完成财务报表编制及分析； 3、熟悉洲际酒店行业财务管理特点者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效对接内外部相关方； 5、工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力； 6、熟练使用财务软件及办公软件（如Excel、用友等）。
