该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、工艺文件编写； 2、工装夹具的设计制作； 3、PFMEA分析和改善，包括POKAYOKE的持续开发； 4、制作工作指导书/工艺流程图，制定工位标准工时； 5、利用Lean、SMED、VSM、TPM、Kaizen等及其它工具对生产线质量/效率/实现率/成本/安全方面进行持续的改进； 6、积极推进并参与TPM和工艺委员会的工作； 7、安全改善。 任职资格： 1、大专及以上学历； 2、机械、电气相关专业； 3、1-3年工艺相关工作经验，有电机工艺经验优先。
