• In charge of trouble shooting, improve line and machine running efficiency.
• Control KPI of machine down time. Especially for mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic case.
• Guide and instruct maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance tasks and follow up implementation.
• Provide technical supports when hard mechanical issue happened.
• Improvements of Machinery and Automation, OEE improvement.
• Support industrialization Process
• Mechanical spare parts management, keep spare parts in safe inventory.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor Requirement Profile: 1.bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Good knowledge and working experience of mechanical and hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.
• Over 8 years maintenance working experience. at least 3 years working experience in mechanical structure design,
• familiar with mechanical design software like Solid work or Pro-E, etc.
• Experience in individually and successfully lead and finish machine modification project.
• Have experience in maintenance of non-standard automatic production line.
• Have experience in maintenance of machining equipment, especially for CNC, turning, grinding, milling, fine boring, etc.
• Focus on equipment technic, study oriented.
• Self-motivation, responsible.
