• To coordinate and support the project management activities for AE China
• To consult on projects regarding procedure, tools, reporting sustain, improvement and standardization
• To support with regard to project management tools (TtM, Dashboard, Share Point…), project status tracking, auditing and support external activities

• To work for sprint project and A project, establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
• To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects according to PH.
• To take the responsible for the execution of the 2.1.1 and

2.1.2 for individual development programs in China.

• To predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers.
• To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form).
• To foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success
• To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues.
• To Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
• To follow and continuously improve program management system, contract review and APQP processes 关键任职资格
• Be able to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents
• Proven capabilities to be an effective communicator, facilitator and problem solver in front of customers and suppliers alike.
• Provide effective oral and written reports to department heads, customers and suppliers.

• Skills in resource planning and leveling
• Understanding of AIAG requirements for PPAP/APQP
• Understanding the requirements in IATF 16949 Quality System

• Bachelor or above in Automotive, industrial engineering or business administration, engineering background is preferred.
• Proficient command of the Mandarin, English language in both spoken and written, the second foreign language is a plus
• The knowledge of project management methods, tools, PMP certification is a plus
• Excellence application of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.)
• At least 3 years of project management with engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing, at international company or in Automotive industry will be a plus
