What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责 1. 担任模具工具和模具装配设备的技术员 2. 参与模具相关设备的验收评价流程 3. 从事注塑设备的安装设定和模具的更换 4. 模具工装和注塑设备的调试 5. 按照相关的标准和指导进行工艺过程和设备的释放 6. 生产工艺过程的控制,如过程控制图 7. 注塑设备的日常保养和设备点检工作 8. 支撑生产主管完成生产指标 9. 在新设备或新产品阶段对工人进行培训 任职要求 1. 中专以上学历，机电/注塑相关专业 2. 至少3年以上注塑模具生产经验，汽车行业优先考虑，且能适应翻班 3. 具有较好的计算机基本操作能力，有基础的英文沟通和阅读能力 4. 熟悉注塑工艺流程， 相关设备调试及模具更换经验 5. 工作踏实，为人诚恳，动手能力强，具有团队协作精神
