About the Role

We are looking for a Finance IT Product Specialist to design and roll out tailored digital financial solutions for Midea’s European operations. Serving as the key liaison between Group Digital, Corporate Finance and European regional finance teams, you will identify local financial demands, adapt global standard systems and deliver end-to-end IT solutions covering settlement, invoicing, reconciliation and month-end closing. You will benchmark industry practices, integrate upstream order, fulfillment and inventory workflows, and build scalable systems to boost financial efficiency and automation. This role is core to advancing Europe’s finance digital transformation, based in Foshan-China with occasional business trips to European countries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify financial business demands for overseas operations including settlement, invoicing, payment collection and account reconciliation. Carry out differentiated adaptation based on corporate standard solutions, and deliver customized digital solutions tailored for European regions.
2. Benchmark industry best practices and Midea’s actual business scenarios to design comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions, so as to improve financial operation efficiency and month-end closing automation rate.
3. Conduct benchmark analysis against industry competitors, introduce proven product best practices, and master upstream business processes such as order management, order fulfillment and inventory management.
4. Maintain close communication with corporate digital team, corporate finance team and European regional finance teams. Align and coordinate cross-party requirements to boost business satisfaction.
5. Provide system-level technical support for month-end closing activities across European regions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in Computer Science, Finance or other related majors; at least 2 years of experience in finance supporting overseas businesses.
2. Proficient in financial modules including AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable) and GL (General Ledger); familiar with internet architecture, equipped with front-end and middle-office product thinking; with practical experience in enterprise digital transformation projects and financial product implementation.
3. Product Manager with solid knowledge of SAP financial modules or Finance & Business Product Manager is preferred.
4. Strong logical thinking capability, able to summarize diverse business requirements, abstract standardized models and build scalable IT systems.
5. Hands-on IT project management experience; candidates with large-scale IT project implementation background are preferred.
6. Fluent oral English with outstanding communication skills; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
