- 須具中五或以上程度、持物理/職業/復康治療助理證書；具服務體弱人士工作經驗、持保健員/專項技能等相關證書可獲優先考慮
- 主要負責支援物理/職業/言語治療師推行復康治療計劃及訓練、製作訓練工具及復康用品、帶領復康小組/中心活動、執行到戶服務檢查、協助推行單位職安健訓練、支援中心行政及財務工作等
- 熟悉電腦文書工作，包括：Word、Excel、具基本復康及護理知識/技巧；星期六輪班
- 工作地區：沙田
