外资应付/应收会计（福布斯雇主，英语）

岗位职责

• Review customer orders against credit limit; conduct risk analysis for over limit orders, coordinate with sales and business teams for order release approval. 审核客户订单是否超出信用额度，对超信用限额订单开展风险分析，对接销售及相关业务部门完成订单解锁审批
• Carry out bank receipt allocation and booking. Accurately apply against open AR items, handle partial‑payment and advance receipt posting. 完成银行流水核销工作及记账，准确核对客户未清应收项，处理部分核销、预收款项。
• Regularly align with sales on AR aging status and collection progress. Collaborate with sales to chase overdue payments and resolve customer billing issues. 定期向销售同步客户应收账款账龄及回款进度。协同销售跟进逾期款项，推动客户及时完成回款并解决客户对账问题。
• VAT Fapiao issuance, checking, cancellation and red offset. 负责增值税发票的开具、核对, 作废与红冲
• Perform bad debt provision and execute accounting write off for confirmed uncollectible AR. 完成应收账款坏账计提，对确认无法收回款项执行坏账冲销账务处理。
• Review customer refund applications, verify refund supporting documents, amount and customer information, process refund postings on time. 复核客户退款申请，核对退款依据、金额及客户信息，及时完成退款账务处理。
• Prepare monthly AR/output VAT reconciliation on time.负责月度应收账款/增值税销项税金调节表
• Files AR accounting journal and relevant documents. 应收账款凭证的装订及归档工作
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecast reports to corporate treasury.协助准备现金流量周报
• Assist in preparing bi-weekly/monthly cash flow statement and forecast for internal cash flow management. 协助提供月度现金流量预测及内部现金流量管理的数据
• Assist on internal, external audit work.协助内审及外审工作
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.其他临时布置的相关项目及工作 任职要求;
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Over 2 years accounting related working experiences
• Good computer skills in Microsoft office products, and knowledge in accounting/business system, SAP & SFDC preferred
• Good knowledge of related accounting principles, activities and processes
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Honest, careful, hard-working, can work under pressure. Have good morality and responsibility
