• Develop and apply advanced process modeling and simulation solutions to support Estane TPU manufacturing, process design, scale-up, and optimization.
• Utilize CFD and extrusion modeling techniques to solve manufacturing challenges and improve process performance across laboratory, pilot, and commercial production scales.
• Collaborate with global process modeling experts and cross-functional teams to develop physics-based models that accurately represent chemical and physical processes.
• Support technology transfer and process scale-up by combining simulation, data analysis, and experimental validation to reduce development costs and improve efficiency.
• Drive process innovation initiatives through computational modeling, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computational Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of industrial or applied research experience in process modeling, simulation, or computational engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent, Siemens Star-CCM+, Siemens M-Star CFD, or OpenFOAM.
• Proficiency in programming and data analysis tools, including Python, C/C++, or equivalent languages.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global technical environment.
