• Leading projects of developing qualified products and supplies in Aisa including inquiring,price comparison,sample testing, sample improvement, artwork making,factory auditing,price negotiation, compliance check and etc 负责在亚洲开发符合伍尔特质量要求的产品和供应商，具体内容包括询问、价格比较、样品测试、样品改进、制定包装说明书、审计工厂、价格协商, 合规审核等
• Launching new products including market and competitor research, products training and consulting to sales force 推出新产品，具体内容包括市场及竞争对手调研，产品培训，以及向销售 提供产品技术咨询服务等
• Maintaining categories in ERP system including products release and withdraw,creating SAP article and etc 在 ERP 系统中维护产品目录，具体内容包括建立和撤销产品，创建SAP 产 品编号等
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to define market requirements and align product offerings with customer needs.与跨职能团队合作，包括市场部、销售和客户服务，以确定市场需求并将产品供应与客户需求对齐。
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for new product introductions and enhancements. 进行市场研究和竞争分析，以了解趋势、洞察以及新产品引入和增强的机会。
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and improve selling techniques. 为销售团队举办培训课程和研讨会，以增强产品知识和提高销售技巧。
• Maintain adherence to corporate branding guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. 保持对企业品牌指南的遵守，并确保所有营销渠道的一致性。
• Undertake tasks assigned by line manger to meet company objectives. 承担直线领导分配的额外任务，以实现公司目标。
• Maintain and support 6-S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行

• Bachelor's degree or above 本科及以上学历
• Minimum 5 years of relevant product management experience, at least 3 years experience involving in power tools. 至少5年相关产品管理/市场营销经验，其中至少3年产品相关经验
• Strong business development acumen, negotiation and communication capability 具备敏锐的业务拓展意识及出色的谈判与沟通能力
• Strong innovative, learning and problem-solving ability 具备较强的创新、学习与问题解决能力
• Target-oriented and be able to work under pressure 以结果为导向，并能在压力下工作
• Able to work with high efficiency and team-spirit 能够高效工作并富有团队合作精神
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills 具备流利的英语口语与书面沟通能力
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills 精通 Microsoft Office
• Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康
