• Responsible for translating customer requirements into value‑based, differentiated stamping solutions and driving value selling for complex and technical products by positioning smart features, additional processes, critical functionalities, safety benefits, and clear USPs beyond individual components负责将客户需求转化为价值导向的差异化零部件解决方案，并通过冲压零部件产品智能特性、过程、核心价值和安全定位推动复杂技术产品的价值销售
• Accountable for defining, validating, and safeguarding minimum selling prices in line with margin targets set by CC, based on YCAP calculations and value‑selling principles, ensuring commercial sustainability基于利润率目标确定最低定价，对符合 CC 制定的利润目标的最低销售价格负责，依据 YCAP 计算逻辑及价值销售原则，定义、验证并保障最低售价，确保业务的长期可持续性
• Acts as the central technical and commercial coordination role, ensuring effective alignment between Sales, Customer Service, Product Engineering, and customers throughout RFQ, quotation, and development processes作为客户服务与销售之间的接口角色，承担核心技术与商务协调职能，在询价、报价及项目开发前期全过程中，确保销售、客户服务、产品工程与客户之间的高效协同与一致性
• Supports and enables cross‑divisional sales activities by leveraging stamping expertise and identifying complementary stamping opportunities and other production within KL across competence centers支持事业部间的交叉销售活动，依托冲压件专业能力，识别并推动跨能力中心的冲压件及KL其它产品相关协同与开发
• Contributes to the development and execution of SPA product and portfolio strategies, ensuring alignment with market requirements, customer needs, and long‑term business objectives参与冲压件产品及其产品组合战略的制定与实施，确保产品策略与市场需求、客户需求及长期业务目标保持一致
